PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle for appropriately eliminating various inconveniences between a behavior stabilizing operation by a behavior stabilizing control device and operations of driving system devices such as a fluid transmission device with a direct connection clutch, an automatic transmission and a differential limiting clutch.
SOLUTION: When shifting of the automatic transmission 14 is decided by a shifting decision means 176 (SB4), driving force DF calculated by a driving force calculation means 178 is corrected by a driving force correction means 180 (SB6) by being affected by inertia torque generated during shifting of the automatic transmission 14. As a result, when a revolution behavior control means 160 is going to execute a driving force control by using output torque of an engine calculated to control the driving system devices such as the automatic transmission 14, accuracy of the driving force control can be sufficiently obtained, even if inertia torque is added during transition of a shift of the automatic transmission 14.
