PURPOSE: To automatically retrieve and extract a clinical sheet from a rack where clinical cards are bound in a holder given a code number and stored with a signal inputted by the insertion of the consultation ticket of a patient by utilizing an automatic reexamination accepting machine installed at a reception counter, and to control a display device for paging order of consultation which is provided in each medical department.

CONSTITUTION: The reexamination automatic accepting machine A is installed at the reception counter, the rack 2 where the clinical cards are bound in the holder given the code number of a patient and stored is installed in a control room, and the rack 2 is equipped with an automatic retrieval device which automatically retrieves the holder under the control of a controller 4 according to the code number and takes it out; and the display device which displays the paging order of consultation under the control of the controller installed each medical department is provided in a waiting room, and the controller 6 of the device and the controller 4 of the automatic retrieval device of the rack 2 are controlled with the signal of data obtained by the insertion of the consultation ticket of the outpatient into the consultation ticket insertion slot 12 of the reexamination automatic accepting machine A installed at the reception counter.
