Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute appropriate welding by stopping energizing at appropriate timing even when there is a welded place near the place to be welded.
CONSTITUTION: In the resistance welding machine control unit to execute control of a resistance welding machine, which energizes the welding current between both electrodes while clamping a work with two electrodes and executes welding of a work by the Joule heat, before energizing for welding of a work between both electrodes, the device has a main energizing means to execute the prescribed energizing between both electrodes and a reenergizing means after stopping of main energizing. In the reenergizing means, when a degree of contraction of a work after stopping of main energizing is less than the prescribed, one is to repeat reenergizing until a work is contracted to a degree more than the prescribed after stopping of main energizing, when a work is not contracted in the prescribed time after stopping of main energizing, or one is to repeat reenergizing after stopping of main energizing until a work is contracted in the prescribed time.
