Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for an exchange device with which the cost of control can be decreased. SOLUTION: An exchange device NE is controlled by plural application programs, the application programs are allocated to 1st and 2nd control units CONTR1 and CONTR2 having different operating system formats, the application program of the 2nd control unit CONTR2 is operated at a universal operating system platform, and the application program of the 1st control unit CONTR 1 is operated in cooperation with the application program of the 2nd control unit CONTR2 at the time of executing a switching function.
