Abstract:

To attain shortening of regular inspection term of a boiling water reactor having a control rod drive mechanism exchanger.

A reactor building 15 of a boiling water reactor power station has a carrying opening 17 for components and a reactor pressure vessel lower inlet part capable of carrying an exchanger 2 in and out of a reactor containment 14 to enable disassembling and inspecting works outside the regular inspection term. For transporting and moving the exchanger, a rail is used. At the inspection location 18 of the exchanger, a rotation device (platform) for the exchanger below the reactor pressure vessel 1 is placed to operate and confirm similarly to actual operation state.
