PURPOSE: To enable to confirm a number of various articles easily and promptly, by providing a shelf board with a built-in arithmetic unit computing the number of articles on each loading part, in a device mounting and controlling a plurality of kinds of articles classified mutually.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of shelf boards 4' with a built-in arithmetic unit 4 having a digital indication part 5 at the front is provided on a supporting frame 2 of a shelf body 1 in a lateral direction. Different kinds of articles are mounted on each shelf board 4' by an optional number of them in a mutually classified state and the number of each of articles is shown on each digital indication part 5. Then, when each arithmetic unit 4 is electrified a detected signal corresponding to a total weight of the articles mounted on each shelf board 4' is applied to its arithmetic part 8 from a detecting part 6 and a unit weight of the article is applied to the part 8 from a setting part 7 as well. Operation based on the above both signals is performed in the arithmetic part and a result of the operation is shown on the digital indication part 5 as a signal for the number of articles.
