PURPOSE: To inhibit the incoming call from a subscriber not informed with the special number in advance, by adding the conditions that the special number registrated with every subscriber is transmitted in the call of a subscriber.

CONSTITUTION: To a subscriber SUB B which requests the limit of incoming call of telephone subscribers, the special number possible for registration, alternation and release by the subscriber freely is given in addition to the subscriber number open to public. Further, if a incoming call is generated to the subscriber SUB B in registrating the special number, the means requesting the transmission of the special number in which the subscriber SUB B is registrated, is provided for the outgoing subscriber SUB A for the incoming call, allowing to perform incoming call processing to the subscriber SUB B only when outgoing subscriber SUB A transmits the same number as the special number registrated.
