To compactly and integrally form an ignition circuit and a fuel injection circuit by sufficiently ensuring water resistance, heat resistance and noise resistance.
A fuel injection circuit 1956 and an ignition circuit 1957 are arranged to be resin-molded on the same substrate by providing a space for suppressing a thermal influence of each other, and an output wiring group from each circuit is arranged to be separated from each other. Further, the fuel injection circuit 1956 and the ignition circuit 1957 on the same substrate are buried to be integrally formed in a resin mold, and this substrate is set up to be vertically placed between right/left cylinder lines of a vertically arranged V-type multicylinder engine. The fuel injection circuit 1956 and the ignition circuit 1957 are provided in a right/left separated position in an upper side part respectively of the vertically placed substrate. Further, a large current wire, a cause of noise source, and a fine current wire exept the large current wire are separately arranged.
