CONSTITUTION: When selling of a drink can is requested,a control part 1 issues a selling command to a serpentine rack 3 to perform the selling operation. It is checked whether money with which commodity selling of the conveyor rack is possible remains or not; and when it remains, a selling permission lamp of the conveyor rack is lit to permit selling. Thereafter, it is checked whether a commodity detecting switch 10 is turned on by the commodity carried out from the conveyor rack or not; and when it is turned on, the amount of money spent on this selling is subtracted from remaining money. Since subtraction of the amount of thrown-in money is terminated at the time of the end of the operation of the serpentine rack 3 in this manner, the selling operation of the conveyor rack 6 is permitted even during the operation of a commodity lifter 4, and the selling cycle is shortened and the selling chance is increased.
