To provide a controller which enables the effective prevention of the fraudulence committed by opening a housing case to substitute a control element secretly, and allowing repair and maintenance of a board and check of the control element to be carried out by easily opening the housing case.
In this controller 1, a board 2 with an LSI 25 and the like mounted is covered with the housing case C comprising an upper case 3 and a lower case 4. An IC tag 26 for outputting reflection waves including identification information in receiving call waves is attached to the lower case 4. An antenna 32 for transmitting the call waves to the IC tag 26 and receiving the reflection waves is attached to the upper case 3 in a form projecting its left-side part L, and the left-side part L is brought into a form covering the IC tag 26. The controller is so structured that, when the right-side part R of the antenna 32 is separated, a transmitting and receiving circuit 35 of the antenna 32 is disconnected; and when the IC tag 26 is separated, a transmitting and receiving circuit 31 of the IC tag is disconnected.
