Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of improving the operability of a hybrid vehicle.
SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle is provided with an engine 1 as a drive source to drive a drive wheel, a first motor 2 which connects to the output shaft of the engine, functions as the drive source, and generates electricity by the rotation of the engine, a second motor 3 to drive the drive wheel, and a battery 4 to supply electric power to the first and the second motors, and to charge electric power generated with the first motor. There are provided with a means (step 4) for calculating target drive torque from a delay characteristic value indicating basic drive torque and dynamic characteristic value of the vehicle, a means (step 5) for calculating the characteristic value indicating the control response speed of the engine based on the delay characteristic value of the target drive torque calculating means, and a means (step 6) for calculating a target rotational speed of the engine from the basic rotational speed of the engine and the control response speed characteristic value of the engine.
