CONSTITUTION: In the controller for moving cursor which controls the location of the cursor representing the position to be controlled on the screen of an information processor 101, rotating bodies 104 and 105 with the clic stop function are provided, thereby moving the position of the cursor on the screen in all directions separately and in a character unit or in a line unit. Thus, the character unit and the line unit required at the time of editing the input of the sentence can be speedily and easily performed in all directions and by several characters. The rotating bodies 104 and 105 are located at the center part so that the user may use it by the right hand or by the left hand. As the result, the operability is improved and the working performance is improved.
