PURPOSE: To expand the freedom of relationship between a hydraulic pump and a discharge control operating mechanism by providing a pipe path for affording communication between a discharge regulator and a pressure controlling valve for generating the output corresponding to the rotational condition of a rotor in response to cam operation.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure controlling valve 30 controls the pressure of pressurized oil supplied from a pilot pump 31 as a shaft 35 is rotated so that said valve 30 supplies the pressure to a regulator 32 which controls the discharge of a hydraulic pump 2. Thus, an operating mechanism provided with operating levers 10, 11, 12, cams 16W18, a roller 22 and links 20, 21 and the hydraulic pump 2 are interconnected through pipe paths 33, 34 while they can be disposed in desired positions by setting properly their lengths without being limitted with to such positions that approach each other. Thus, the freedom of positional relationship between the oil pump 2 and the operating mechanism for controlling discharge can be expanded.
