PURPOSE: To make possible both to control delivery in a more stabilized manner and to install a buffering type delivery apparatus at low cost, by defining preferential orders of deliverying passages at a buffering chamber for adjusting the flow rate of articles.

CONSTITUTION: The buffering type delivering apparatus 4 takes a dispatch place article presence signal 5, a destination vacancy detecting signal 6 and a delivering command output permitting signal 7, and if the delivering conditions are ready at the time when the timing signal 9 outputted from a pulse signal generating apparatus 8, the apparatus 4 outputs a delivering command signal 10. To avoid overlapping of the deliverying commands at S1 and S2, if the delivery through S1 is preferential, an interlock signal 11 is given to M2 from M1.
