Abstract:

A cutter knife main body (1)is provided with a lower bottom part (2) for performing work without damaging a backing. A safety cover (3) for safety when the cutter knife is not used is mounted. The cutter knife is provided with a function part (4) for smooth cutting, and the function part (4) is also provided with the function of a handle.
