Abstract:
To provide a converting device in which base material can be stably run, in which the base material can be prevented from being damaged, and in which a guide roll capable of coping with change of the base material is provided.
In a rotary type converting device provided with a guide roll 11 to carry the base material W, a roller 19 to nip both ends of the base material W to the surface of the guide roll is provided. Since contact pressure between the base material W and the guide roll 11 is increased, the base material can be stably run without generating slip between the base material W and the surface of the guide roll.
