Abstract:
To prevent displacement of a sheet in a width direction caused by inclination of correction means.SOLUTION: A transport device has correction means 31 which corrects a sheet position in a rotation direction and a seat width direction within a sheet transport surface. After the correction means 31 performs position correction of a sheet P, the transport device detects an inclination θ of the correction means 31 in the rotation direction within the sheet transport surface and controls components so that the correction means 31 moves in the sheet width direction based on the detected inclination θ of the correction means 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
