Abstract:
To provide a conveying device capable of conveying a conveyed body at stable speed, and a printer.
The conveying device 20 includes: a roller group 22 having a plurality of rollers 22a, 22b, 22c; a conveyor belt 23 stretched between the plurality of rollers 22a, 22b, 22c to convey the conveyed body P; and a support member 24 supporting the conveyor belt 23 in a sliding contact state. The conveyor belt 23 is formed with a conductive layer 64 on the contact surface side with the plurality of rollers 22a, 22b, 22c, and at least one of the plurality of rollers 22a, 22b, 22c of the roller group 22 is in a grounded state.
