Abstract:
To provide a conveyor belt safety control system.SOLUTION: The conveyor belt safety control system includes: a conveyor belt that is provided for raw material to be transported thereon; a plurality of carrier rollers that are provided with certain intervals therebetween along the conveyor belt and support the undersurface of the belt conveyor; a plurality of first temperature measurement devices that are provided on the side of the conveyor belt and measure the temperature of the undersurface of the conveyor belt; a light emission part that irradiates the conveyor belt with line-like razer; a light receiving part that receives the light reflected by the conveyor belt; and a controlling part that detects the remaining thickness information of the conveyor belt and detects the reasons for fire risk. The laser irradiation is applied onto the face where the conveyor belt contacts the tape pulley part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
