Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor device which has the functions of displaying the shape of the conveyance cross section of an actual belt and at the same time displaying a malfunction at the time of coming off from the proper shape of the conveyance cross section.
SOLUTION: Deformation quantity measuring instruments 31, 32, 33 are provided at the measuring point of a place in which a trough side belt 11 and a seal side belt 12 overlap each other to measured the deformation quantity of the seal side belt. A belt scale 45 is provided on an object-in-bulk receiving side to measure the conveyance quantity of the object-in-bulk. An operation management controlling part executes the operation of computing the actual shape of a conveyance cross section which is formed between the trough side belt and the seal side belt at a measuring point on the basis of a measured conveyance quantity and also the operation of determining the proper shape of a conveyance cross section at a measuring point on the basis of a measured conveyance quantity, and the actual shape of a conveyance cross section and the proper shape of a conveyance cross section are displayed in the state of overlapping each other in a display, and when the actual shape of a conveyance cross section is different from the proper shape of a conveyance cross section, a malfunction display is performed.
