A rice cooker 1 that is a cooker includes: an inner pot 3 storing a heated object such as rice or water; an induction coil 4 for heating the rice or the water; a main exhaust flow passage 22 which communicates with the inner pot 3, and through which steam S or gluten B inside the inner pot 3 is made to flow toward the outside; a first exhaust flow passage 25 having a first exhaust port 27 in a downstream end branched downstream in a flowing-through direction of the main exhaust flow passage 22, and a second exhaust flow passage 26 having a second exhaust port 28 in a downstream end, and having a flow passage length longer than the first exhaust flow passage 25; an on-off valve 30 blocking flowing-through to the first exhaust flow passage 25 of the gluten B by contact of the gluten B flowing through the main exhaust flow passage 22 formed in a branch part 24 of the first exhaust flow passage 25 and the second exhaust flow passage 26; and a storage part 29 of the gluten B formed in the second exhaust flow passage.
