Abstract:
To provide a cooking device capable of softening various food materials.SOLUTION: A cooking device 1 comprises: a body part 20 including one or a plurality of blade parts having a plurality of blades 11 for stabbing a food material, a bottom part 21 and a lateral wall 22, and holding the one or plurality of blade parts so as to expose the plurality of blades from the bottom part; one or a plurality of support parts 30 being attached to the bottom part of the body part and being movable relative to the body part; a bottom plate 40 including a contact face 41 coming into contact with the food material, supported by the one or plurality of support parts and provided with one or a plurality of through-holes 42 through which the plurality of blades passes; one or a plurality of body tabs 50 provided on the lateral wall of the body part; and one or a plurality of levers 60 being connected to the one or plurality of support parts and being movable relative to the one or plurality of body tabs in the lateral wall of the body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
