PURPOSE: To efficiently heat an object to be heated by arranging and fixing multiple heating elements with curved heating sections in a cylindrical heat insulating case so that the protruded sides of heating sections are faced to each other.
CONSTITUTION: Three bow-shaped heating elements 10 are assembled and fixed in a heat insulating case 4d so that the protruded sides of their bow-shaped heating sections 11 are faced to each other toward the center section. When a cooking utensil 6 is to be heated by such a cooking heater, the plane shape of the heat insulating case 4d is circular for the cooking utensil 6 such as a pot mostly having a circular bottom face, thus the heat generated by bow-shaped heating elements 10 is easily and uniformly transferred to the bottom face of the cooking utensil 6. The heat insulating case 4d has a cylindrical shape, i.e., its plane shape is circular, thus the case 4d can be easily machined, heating sections 11 have the shape matching the shape of the bottom face of the cooking utensil 6, the heat insulating case 4d can be uniformly heated from the inside periphery section to the center section, and it can be efficiently heated.
