Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking temperature recording system which can identify what sort of processing a cooking object has passed to be cooked.SOLUTION: A cooking temperature recording system 10 includes: a temperature sensor 21 which obtains a temperature of a cooking object in a heating process and a temperature of the cooking object in a cooling process, respectively; a barcode reading section 17 which obtains a processing sort of the heating process; a built-in clock 16 which obtains a finish time of the cooking in the heating process and a start time of the cooking in the cooling process; an input section 18 which inputs a processing sort for the cooling process after finishing the cooking in the heating process; and a storage section 53 which stores the processing sort of the heating process, the processing sort of the cooling process, the finish time, the start time, the temperature of the cooking object in the heating process, and the temperature of the cooking object in the cooling process. In the storage section 53, the processing sort of the heating process and the processing sort of the cooling process are stored in association with each other.
