A cooling device includes: a stator 9; and a rotor 11 equipped with fan blades 12 to be rotated by an attraction force and a repulsive force with the stator. A shaft 15 as an axis arranged in the rotor 11 is pivotally supported so as to be freely rotatable by a bearing 7 being a reception part. The bearing 7 or the shaft 15 comprises a dynamic pressure groove 22. A lubricant is applied between the bearing 7 and the shaft 15, and a fitting 29 for retaining are engaged with the shaft 15. Thus, a movement along the axial direction of the shaft 15 is suppressed only by engaging the fitting 29 with the shaft 15. Even when the outer force such as the impact is exerted, the fan 12 including the rotor 11 is easily prevented from being flung away.
