Abstract:
To provide a cooling module, a pre-treatment device and a pre-treatment method which can properly perform a pre-treatment of a sample.SOLUTION: A cooling module 100 includes a base part 10, a cooling surface part 20 and a hinge part 30. The cooling surface part 20 cools a processing target placed on an upper surface in a state of being in the first posture. The hinge part 30 is attached to the base part 10. The hinge part 30 rotatably supports the cooling surface part 20 between the first posture and the second posture. In the second posture, the cooling surface part 20 is greatly inclined relative to a horizontal surface in comparison to the first posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
