Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cool an ultraviolet radiation lamp excellently even in either of a high output or a low output lighting mode by arranging plural cooling openings in a gutter shape reflecting mirror surrounding the ultraviolet lamp.
CONSTITUTION: A reflecting mirror 2 is a cold mirror, and is formed in a gutter shape, and is arranged so as to surround an ultraviolet lamp 1, and cooling openings 20 are arranged in a zigzag shape. A blower 5 has an air inlet port 50 and an air outlet port 51, and is connected to the inside of a lighting fixture through a blowing and exhausing air switching mechanism 6. The switching mechanism 6 rotates with a shaft 60 as its center, and an introducing port 61 is connected to the air inlet port or the air outlet port 51 of the blower 5. Thereby, cooling wind is blown toward the lamp 1 from the cooling openings 20 when it is used in a high output lighting mode, and air in the gutter shape mirror 2 is exhaused from the cooling openings 20 when it is used in a low output lighting mode.
