The copy cut form set 1 comprises a microcapsule layer 7 having first and second cut forms 2, 3 bound by adhesive 4 at the one end sides in such a manner that electron donative colorless dye is dissolved or dispersed in solvent and provide as core substance on the rear surface of the form 2, and an electron acceptive color developer layer 8 provided on the front surface of the form 3.
