PURPOSE: To make possible to facilitate the management of copying paper sheets even if a plurality of paper sheets are conveyed on a conveying path, simultaneously, by storing data of management of copying paper sheets in memory areas which are necessary for the management of copying sheets, and fixed for paper sheets, respectively.

CONSTITUTION: There is provided a copying sheet management data delivering means for successively delivering data of management of copying sheets, which are necessary for the management of copying sheets until copying sheets 25 are discharged onto desired trays 22W24, respectively. Further, the copying system is provided with a memory means for storing the data of management of copying sheets so that the data are distributed independently for paper sheets 25 to memory areas which are fixed corresponding to paper sheets 25, respectively. Accordingly, since the data are stored in the memory areas each fixed to each paper sheets 25, it is possible to facilitate the management of paper sheets even if a plurality of copying sheets 25 are simultaneously conveyed on one and the same conveying paths.
