Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a copy system which makes plural copies in a short time and reduces the cost by transferring the same read picture data to plural picture output devices and making plural picture output devices take charge of designated numbers of copies respectively.
CONSTITUTION: In a constitution example where one picture input device and plural picture output deices 2 are provided, the same input picture data is transferred to plural picture output devices 2M, and n picture output devices take charge of plural copies respectively. In this system, each subsystem is not provided with a page buffer, and a color copy is realized with a line buffer of several lines. Consequently, the same picture data read by a picture read means provided in the picture input device 1 is transferred to plural picture output devices 2, and picture output devices 2M can take charge of designated numbers of copies respectively.
