PURPOSE: To convey an original securely without impairing it, by providing a destaticizing member for removing electrostatic charge in contact with a conveyor belt and removing static charge occurring on the belt.

CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft 9 rotated with a driving source through a gear 8 and a driven shaft 11 driven with this shaft 9 through a conveyor belt 10 are provided between frames. The belt 10 formed with an elastic material made of a synthetic resin or the like is engaged between the rollers 12 of these shafts 9, 11. Destaticizing members 13 formed into a brush shape with carbon fiber and grounded to the main body 1 through a supporting member 15 or the like are provided at the inside of this belt 10 near a feed opening side 5 and a discharge opening side 6 are provided in contact with the belt 10 and a part of an original not touching the belt 10, thus permitting conveyance of the original to be ensured.
