Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the configuration of a data processing system considerably, to reduce the cost and to improve remarkably the quality of a magnified/reduced recording picture.
CONSTITUTION: A line read sensor 2 reads an original by moving relatively the line read sensor 2 and an original 3 at reading and read picture data S' are stored in a picture memory 4, and at recording, picture data S orthogonal to the main scanning direction of the line read sensor 2 are sequentially read from the picture memory 4 and a line recording head 5 and recording paper 6 are moved relatively to allow the line recording head 5 records data onto the recording paper 6.
