PURPOSE: To obtain a good picture without generating a linear a slit-like out- of-focus picture by driving to wind by a winding roller formed spirally by providing a step difference which has considered a thickness of a web-shaped photosensitive body, and winding and moving the web-shaped photosensitive body without generating partially a sudden speed variation.

CONSTITUTION: In case when a wind start position of a web-shaped photosensitive body 8 is set to 0° by supposing a true circle of a radius r0, a step difference 21 is formed so as to obtain a radius (r0-t) lowered by a thickness (t) portion of the web-shaped photosensitive body 8 at the wind start position 0°, it is varied continuously so that a radius (r) becomes large gradually extending from the wind start position 0° to the first wind end position 360°, and a spiral winding roller is formed. A moving speed of the web-shaped photosensitive body 8 does not cause a sudden variation partially, therefore, a linear or slit-like out-of- focus picture is not generated, and a good picture is obtained by a winding roller 3 driving system.
