PURPOSE: To largely hold the degree of the insertion freedom of a handset and to securely install the handset in a prescribed position by providing seating guide ribs at the inner wall of a storage recessed part in a charger storing the handset.

CONSTITUTION: The handset 1 provided with a charging terminal 2, and the charger 20 storing the handset 1 in the storage recessed part 21 and charging the incorporated battery of the handset 1 are provided. The shape of the storage recessed part 21 of the charger 20 is set to be a D-shape by adjusting it to the shape of the bottom of the handset 1, and the insertion direction of the handset 1 can easily be judged. The insertion frontage of the storage recessed part 21 is enlarged, and the taper-formed seating guide ribs 24 and 24 are provided for a D-formed linear surface 26 inclining to the seating part of the storage resessed part 21. Since a clearance is provided for the side part by the taper-formed seating guide ribs 24 and 24, the degree of freedom to insert the charger 20 into the handset 1 becomes large, and the handset can smoothly be seated by gravity.
