Title:
CORE FOR E-SHAPED TRANSFORMER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3387069
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve accuracy in size and to stabilize horizontal grinding by preventing inclination of a core when both-side grinding is done regarding an E-shaped ferrite core for transformer.
CONSTITUTION: In manufacture of an E-shaped core for transformer consisting of a middle leg 7, a pair of outer legs 8 and a connecting part 9 which connects these legs in one unit, raw materials of the core are so molded that the length of the middle leg 7 after baking and before grinding becomes shorter than that of the pair of outer legs 8, while the baked body is fixed with front ends of the pair of outer legs 8 as a fulcrum after the molded body is baked and the back side is ground, after which the end planes of legs are ground.
