Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically provide a fitting means and a core forming means for an adhesive tape required for cylindrically forming a cardboard; to increase efficiency in winding of a web not using an existing paper pipe; and to dispense with disposal of a conventional core.
SOLUTION: An adhesive tape roll is drawably held. An adhesive tape is drawn out of the roll and transferred with being pinched by a pair of upper and lower clampers made of an upper surface clamper with absorbing function that can move vertically and a rotating lower surface clamper. The adhesive tape is cut into a rectangle shape with a predetermined length, and the adhesive tape t' is adhered to the rear end of the cardboard with being backward extended from the rear end to prepare a cardboard with adhesive tape. Following such a preparing process, the prepared cardboard with adhesive tape is inserted into a core carrying belt 37 by a rotatable coronoid cardboard holder 35 and wound around a core shaft S at a core forming position A of a turret T, and it is butted and fixed for forming a core, and then it is wound by rotation of the turret T.
