Title:
CORE MATERIAL FOR CADDY BAG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1119258
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be light-weighted, prevent deformation and buckling and improve deformation by sticking a reinforcement film to a part of one side of a foamed synthetic resin sheet to form a core material. SOLUTION: A reinforcement film 3 is stuck to one side of a foam synthetic resin sheet 2 such as one side of a foam polypropylene sheet or the like about 1.0 mm thick to form a core material for a caddy bag. As this reinforcement film 3, used is a polyethylene terephthalate film about 25 μm thick. The extrusion direction of the foam synthetic resin sheet 2 is made agree with the direction of height of the caddy bag 1. Thus the strength to buckling in the direction of height of the caddy bag 1 and cracks at the time of low temperature shock can be heightened. By this arrangement, the weight is reduced and the strength can be ensured.
