Title:
CORELESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2761175
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of a rotary shaft and to improve impact resistance by supporting the shaft by the thrust bearing of a field magnet and a plurality of radial bearings mounted in a cylindrical housing case.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 14 of a rotor having a cylindrical coil 1 supported by a support 2 is supported by a thrust bearing 110 of an upper end of a columnar field magnet 15 fixed to a bottom 61 of a cylindrical housing case 6 and a plurality of radial bearings 130, 140 disposed in space at an upper part 63 of the case 6. An eccentric counterbalance 10 is mounted at the shaft 14, a brush house 120 is inserted into a cutout of the case 6, fixed by a ring 21, and a brush 9 is brought into contact with a commutator 3. Thus, it can be reduced in size and weight, and even if the shaft 14 is reduced in diameter, stable durability and impact resistance can be obtained.
