PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling without causing breakage and bending, etc., by forming a sharpened-tip electrode plate provided with a sharpened-tip electrode on an insulating substrate by a plating method.
SOLUTION: The sharpened-tip electrode plate 10 is constituted of a common electrode 11, and plural sharpened-tip electrodes 12 as discharging parts installed at one end of the common electrode 11, at a specified pitch Dp(mm), and the electrode plate 10 is installed on the insulating substrate 20, for example, on ceramic. The tip part 13 of the electrode 12 is installed on the insulating substrate 20, for example, on ceramic. And, the tip end 13 of the electrode 12 is provided on the insulating substrate 20 so as not to project from the surface on the substrate 20. The curvature (R) of the tip part 13 of the electrode 12, is set ≤40μm. The distance DS(mm) between the tip part 13 of the electrode 12 and the end part of the substrate 20 is equal to or below ≤DP, the tip part 13 does not come into the substrate 20 as long as, or longer than the pitch Dp. In the case when the tip part 13 comes into the substrate 20 as long as, or longer than the pitch Dp, discharging occurs on the creeping surface of the substrate 20, then, stable discharging is not obtained.
