A sprayable oil-in-water type emulsion, especially an O/W microemulsion comprises an emulsifying agent having its lipophilic property depending upon pH or temperature and one or more kinds of UV filter substances selected from the group of compounds containing at least two sulfonic acid or sulfonate groups on their molecular main chains.
