The cosmetic implement is obtained by providing an openable and closable fixing material on the upper part of a bag-like cover part where handles are formed on both of the sides and housing a warming bag part which includes a heat retaining agent and a cooling bag part including a cold retaining agent respectively in two pocket-like housing parts partitioned with a heat insulation part inside of the cover part. The warm/cold cosmetic implement with the respective bag parts mounted is placed on the surface of the face of a user lying facing upward and reversed properly. Thus, the warm/cold stimulation of the respective bag part cooled or warmed in advance is transmitted alternately. Thus, the activation of the skin and cosmetic effects of aging prevention to fine wrinkles, etc. are realized by the expanding and contracting operation of skin tissues by the reflection of alternately performed warm/cold stimulation. Moreover, relaxation effect is obtained simultaneously.
