Abstract:
To obtain a make up composition or skin care composition in a powdery form having good characteristics from the view point of softness when applied to the skin and capable of obtaining deposition (particularly make up finish) having transparency and blocking defects of relief of the skin, e.g. micro-relief, wrinkle or fine lines while keeping covering effect in a low state.
The subject cosmetic powder comprises an elastomeric crosslinked organopolysiloxane powder, an additional spherical filler, especially of a polyurethane or of a polymethyl methacrylate, and optionally an N-acylamino acid powder. The cosmetic powder is used for making up and skin caring.
