Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cosmetic having excellent film formation, water repellency and oil repellency, thus being resistant to outflow or removal by sweat or skin sebum and giving pleasant feeling on application with no makeup deformation and greasiness.
CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic contains 1 to 60wt.%, based on the solid components, of an aqueous composite polymer emulsion consisting of polymer particles each having at least 2 layers mutually different in the chemical compositions, wherein the inner layer contains a fluorine-based polymer.
