PURPOSE: To facilitate a work of installing and removing chain, by installing an electric DC magnet to the both point ends of the tire chain, and with this magnetic force utilized, operating a work of linking or removal of the chain.

CONSTITUTION: With a wiring made for side chain to each other, to its both point ends is installed a DC electromagnet with a plunge type hook provided for linking the chain. In this way, a tire chain is covered on the tire, and with a current switch connected to the wiring of the side chain and turned on, the both point ends of the side chain can be coupled by the sttracting force between different poles.
