Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure of a resin part capable of lowering the cost and reducing a working step number.SOLUTION: A resin part made of a resin comprises: a first member 10 made of a resin and formed with a first protrusion 11 protruded into the inner side of the vehicle body from a plane part 10f forming the surface 1bs of a vehicle body by moving a first core mold in one direction with respect to a first cavity mold; and a second member 20 having a second protrusion 22 to engage with the first protrusion 11, and jointed to the first member 10 by causing the first protrusion 11 and the second protrusion 22 to engage with each other. The first protrusion 11 includes: an emptied space 11s formed between the inside surface 11i of the first protrusion 11 and a plane part 10f; an engaging hole 13 for providing communication between the emptied space 11s and the inside surface 11i; and a first receiver 11t arranged on the inner side than the engaging hole (13). The second protrusion 22 includes a second receiving part 22t contacting with the first receiver 11t, and a claw part 23 protruding to the outer side of the second receiving part 22t and engaging with the engaging hole 13.
