Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of simple structure and low manufacturing cost capable of easy switching of the conveyor pipe for the object to be treated.
SOLUTION: This switching device for conveyor pipe 1 is provided with a casing 2 and a slider 3. The casing 2 is provided with an inflow port 7a to connect to a main pipe 21, and an outflow port 8a to connect to a main pipe 22. The slider 3 connects to the first sub pipe 34 and the second sub pipe, and provided with the first penetrating hole 30 to connect the inflow port 7a to the outflow port 8a, a space S2 to connect the inflow port 7a to the first sub pipe 34, and a space S1 to connect the second sub pipe to the outflow port 8a. The conveyor pipe is switched by actuating the slider 3 in the casing 2.
