PURPOSE: To securely protect an operator from a danger such as a burn and an injury by prohibiting locking means from tending to unlock itself by unlocking prohibiting means when temperature in a casing is decided to be high by temperature detecting means.
CONSTITUTION: When temperature in a casing 1 is decided to be high with respect to reference temperature based on an output from a comparator 14, a transistor 19 is switched on the basis of an output from an IC circuit 22 to energize a returning coil 17 for a period of time assigned by a timer circuit 25. A cover 3 is kept locked, and in succession operation of an internal mechanism of the casing 1 is prepared. When the temperature in the casing 1 is decided to be low with respect to the reference temperature, a transistor 20 is switched on the basis of an output from the circuit 22 to energize an attracting coil 18 for a period of time assigned by the timer circuit 25. The cover 3 is kept unlocked, and hence the operation of the internal mechanism of the casing 1 is prohibited. Hereby, there is avoided an accident such as a burn which might be caused as a result of an operator touching the internal mechanism of the casing 1.
