Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide economically a cover member for covering a handle mounting part of a pan or the like to provide the seemly pan.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic sheet is cut off into a predetermined strip-like form and bent to be worked as a whole into a nearly rectangular annular body. One end of the strip-like sheet is formed in its central part with a hook-like locking part 2 and on the other end with a bent step part 4. This step part 4 is provided in the central part with a through hole 3 for locking the hook-like locking part 2. An annular cover member 1 is constituted by engaging the hook-like locking part 2 and through hole 3 with each other.
