Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manually adjust the peripheral width of the rear cover of the cultivation pawl of a rotary cultivator connected to the rear part of a tractor for performing the respective kinds of works.
SOLUTION: A cover for covering the cultivation pawl 7 rotatably mounted to the rotary cultivator 4 is constituted of a main cover 8 for covering an upper part or a front part and the rear cover 9 for covering the upper part or a rear part. The rear cover is connected to a frame 21 for elevating and lowering vertically adjustable to a cultivator main body by a rod 18 which is a length-adjustable connection member with a buffer member vertically turnably with the connection part of the rear cover and the main cover as a supporting point. The rear cover is constituted of an upper rear cover 9a and a lower rear cover 9b. For them, the lower rear cover is attached to the lower end part of the upper rear cover at the time of shallow plowing or at the time of soil puddling by manual aid and the lower rear cover is attached on the upper rear cover and the lower end level part 20 of the lower rear cover is attached at the part lower than the lower end part of the upper rear cover at the time of deep plowing.
