Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cover tape which has a constant release strength even if a sealing environment or material of a carrier tape is different and transparency by blending specific ratios of heat sensitive adhesive resin, adhesive giving resin and filler in a sealing layer.
SOLUTION: Main components of a sealing layer of the cover tape are set to 100 pts.wt. of heat sensitive adhesive resin, 0.5 to 100 pts.wt. of adhesive giving resin and 1 to 30 pts.wt. of filler. An adhesive force of the adhesive resin is regulated by the giving resin, and a single or a mixture of one or more types of rosin resin, terpene resin, aliphatic petroleum resin, aromatic petroleum resin, water-added petroleum resin and the other is used. A delicate unevenness is generated on a surface of the sealing layer to finely regulate the force, and melted silica or glass bead is used. The adhesive resin uses polyamide heat sensitive adhesive resin, thermoplastic elastomer heat sensitive adhesive resin, polyolefin heat sensitive adhesive resin, thermoplastic polyester heat sensitive adhesive resin or the other.
